No, absolutely not. All orders to the Netherlands and Belgium are shipped locally within the EU. The price you see at checkout includes VAT and there are never any additional import fees.

The ONE PRO is available for pre-order and is expected to ship from late November 2026. After dispatch, delivery is normally 1–2 business days in the Netherlands and Belgium, and you will receive a Track & Trace code as soon as your order is on its way.

You have no less than 100 days reflection period to register your return via our return portal. Feel free to try out the ONE PRO during that period! As long as the product is complete with all accessories and in reasonable condition, you can simply return it. Check our return policy for all details.

You get a 1-year Breaz warranty on the ONE PRO from the date of delivery. Should anything go wrong with the ONE PRO within that period, please contact us at support@breaz.nl stating your order number. Your statutory consumer rights always remain applicable.
